Anita Oliver was born May 31, 1959 in Wilmington, Delaware; she went home to be with the Lord quietly in her sleep on Thursday, August 8, 2019. She was the daughter of the late Dorothy Spencer and James Leroy Spencer.
She received her early education in the public schools of Wilmington, Delaware and received her high school diploma from Conrad High School. She continued her education and received an Associate’s Degree, and later became a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
