Our beloved Christine Brown passed away on January 17th, 2019 in her home, in New Castle, DE. She was born on April 19th, 1934 in South Carolina to Lettie and Jasper Crim. She was one of eight siblings. Christine also had two sons, Arthrell and Manning.
Christine is survived by her son Manning Outten, one daughter, Mary Brown; her sister Florine, and a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family, friends, and loved ones Christine embraced everyone and gave them unconditional love. She was known by her tight hugs and her loving personality!
Her passion was to share the Good News with everyone she had an opportunity to, whether to inmates in a prison, or people at the market, and mainly from door to door up until her last day. She loved Jehovah God and was one of Jehovah’s Witnesses for almost 50 years! She remained a faithful and zealous full-time pioneer until the end!
She will be greatly missed by her family, friends and brothers and sisters in the faith!
But she had faith in the words recorded in the Bible at Revelation 21:3 - 4 that reads…
“With that I heard a loud voice from the throne say: “Look! The tent of God is with mankind, and he will reside with them, and they will be his people. And God himself will be with them. And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away.”…
