Leroy Edward Lynch, III, son of Lisa Lynch and Leroy Lynch Jr., was born on February 18 1982, in New York City, NY. He went home to be with the Lord of October 29, 2019, in Wilmington, Delaware.
Leroy worked as a commercial laundry operator at Mayflower Laundries Corporation in New Castle, Delaware. He was also a certified fork lift operator.
As a young child of age 12, he gave his life to the Lord at Ezion Fair Baptist Church, under the pastorate of Rev. Rufus R. Johnson. He regularly attended church growing up at Church On The Rock Ministries in New Castle, Delaware, under Bishop Marcia Pitts.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Shirley Mills and LeAndre Roberts and his paternal grandparents, Gwendolyn Ramos and Leroy E. Lynch, Sr.
He leaves to cherish in his precious legacy: his 6 children, LeRoy E. Lynch, IV, Olivia S. Lynch, Marquel Fitzgerald, Le'Airah M. Lynch, LeRon M. Lynch and Leah Lynch; his mother Lisa K. Lynch; his father, Leroy Lynch, Jr; brothers, Anthony J. Williams and Malik D. Lynch Davis; paternal uncles, Bruce Lynch & Keith Lynch; maternal uncle, Louis Mills; maternal aunts, Debbie Hough, Linda Mills, Juli Mills-Ross, Brenda Hines, Jaynette Simmons; a very special uncle and aunt, Ronald and Cynthia Parker; godparents, Walter Springer and Sheila Thomas; "Big Brothers" Stephan Driver, Sr. and Damen Brown; close friends, Michael McNeary, Jamal Reese, and Vaughn Driver, as well as a host of loving cousins, other family, including his 17th Street "brothers and family," and a host of close friends.
Celebration of Life Service will be 6:00 pm on Friday, November 8, 2019, at Congo Legacy Center, 501 W. 28th Street, Wilmington, DE 19802, where viewing will be from 4:00 pm-5:45 pm only. Burial will be private.
