While we mourn the loss of our cherished Love H. Congo, we celebrate and honor her life by uplifting her indomitable strength and her embodiment of living up to her name each and every day. As a mother, a daughter, a sister, a friend, Love touched so many lives throughout her 48 years on Earth. Her imprint on all of our hearts and souls will be everlasting.
We will cherish the special memories, the laughter, her warm smile and the sweet sound of her voice.
Whether it was coming up the ranks of education, working alongside her career, or celebrating a good time by breaking bread or “cutting a rug” on the dance floor, we all have countless stories to bring comfort and warm our hearts.
To have the honor of being in her presence for even one minute is a gift that many have witnessed through the years. She made everyone feel special in her own unique way.
Love’s dedication and commitment to her family and community made her even more special. Her giving spirit and generosity, along with her unwavering selflessness leaves a footprint that can never be matched.
We are blessed to have known you, made better by your example, and strengthened by your courage. Rest well friend. LOVE is love.
