Selinea Waters

February 11, 1982 ~ June 13, 2018 (age 36)

Selinea  better known as S.Dot,  daughter of Deborah A. Waters and Thomas L. Johnson, was born February 11, 1982 in Wilmington, Delaware. She departed this life on June 13, 2018 in Einstein Medical Center in Philadelphia, PA. She was surrounded by family and close friends.
Selinea attended Warner Elementary, Skyline Middle and John Dickinson High School. All schools were located in the Wilmington, Area.
Selina was one of the worlds greatest mothers to her two sons, JaVontae "Pop" and Kevin "Tink Tink" and would go above to and beyond for them. Not only was she one of the greatest moms but she was the best, the funniest, and the most real daughter, sister, aunt, cousin, niece or best friend to ever live the earth. S.Dot was like a cracker Jack prize at the bottom of ther box. Selinea never sugar coated or beat around the bush with anything. Selinea was quick to tell someone to get out, as if she was a female  "Martin Payne"
Selinea had four best friends, Jane Berry, Ebony Baynard "Eb", Terrance Webb "Terry" and Marzette Cropper "Poopie"
She called so many guys her brother you would think that she was related to every guy on the planet. Actually there was only a select few that she considered her Day1s, Adam, Justin, Joshua, Paul, and Isreal Hacket along with K-Wiz and Kevin Mullen and the late Craig Lindsey, AKA Nice.
Selinea leaves to cherish her memory; two sons, JoVontae Waters and Kevin Priest, Jr; parents, Deborah A Waters, Thomas L. Johnson and  the late Willie J. Wright;; eight brothers, Willie J. (Sheana), Thomas, Chavez, Imean, and Akeem, Omar, Scott, Lamont, and Lamar Johnson; four sisters,  Desiree, Tahray, and Tasha Waters and the late April Waters; seven nephews, Tarell, Keun, Chavez Jr., Tamari Waters, and Jaquan, Kevin, and JaVon, Whye; 12 nieces, Shirell, Aliyah, Brooklyn, Natae, Shanae, La'mirah, Tanae, Ja'mirah, Ny'Ja, Tamiyah, Dreanna, and Kiara;, one great nephew, Aleem "Pistol" and one great niece, Sa'miah Royalty "Mousey"; devoted friend, James Brown, AKA Chuckie Boy"; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and friends.

SDot was and will always and forever remain the "Sunshine" of our lives, and with each rising of the sun we will remember her.
