Albert B. Flemming, age 69, was born on December 7, 1949 in Wilmington, Delaware.  Albert graduated from Milton High School located in Milton, Delaware.

Albert enlisted in the United States Air Force, where he served honorably in the Vietnam War in 1969-1970.  Albert held various jobs throughout his lifetime, with the most recent being laborer.  

On Sunday, March 10, 2019, Albert ascended to return home and be with the Lord.

He was the loving fiancé of his devoted life partner of 30+ years, Clara Grier.

Albert was an accomplished Martial Artist, receiving many awards for his skills and progress over the years.  Albert also enjoyed art, and he was very skilled at drawing freehand during his private moments.

Albert was predeceased by his parents, Thornton Jenkins and Margaret Flemming; foster parents, Lawrence ad Corrine Young; daughter, Myshika Smallwood; brother, Leroy Flemming; sister, Aquillah Adullah and grandson Richard Flemming.

He leaves to cherish his memory, his children, Albert Daniels (Tameka Stanford-Daniels), Al Flemming, and Katanya M. Flemming; sisters, Virginia Wright (Melvin Wright) and Carolyn Purcell; 8 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren and a host of other family and friends.

There will be a Memorial Service 11am, Wednesday, March 27, 2019 at Congo Funeral Home, 2317 North Market Street, Wilmington, Delaware 19802.  There will be no viewing.

His Burial will take place at Delaware Veterans Memorial Cemetery, in Bear, Delaware at a later date.
