If you prefer, you are welcome to send us information using the form below. We understand that you may not have access to all of the details below but fill out as much as you can. Most important to include is the Social Security number of the decedent. If you don't have all the information now, we will secure the remainder when we meet with you.

The average time for a death certificate to be processed is three to seven business days. The State of Delaware currently has a fee of $25.00 for each certified death certificate. Once our firm has filed the death certificate with the State of Delaware, the Legal Next of Kin may go apply to recieve a death certificate at any time.
